A graduate of George Washington University and Case Western Reserve University, Babak (Bobby) Bagheri is the owner of North Development. The company, founded in 2020, is focused on real-estate with single-family residential areas. Babak Bagheri also is a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.

The organization began as NAIP, or the National Association of Industrial Parks, and was founded in 1967 by a group of developers and owners of industrial parks in the eastern United States. These nine people met on September 12, 1967, in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. It has since maintained the core group of members over the years. The goal was to provide a platform for the open sharing of information on development. They also required uniform covenants and limitations, taxation, building regulations, and laws that would benefit them.

The Commercial Real Estate Development Association is the premier association for all types of real estate developers. It has more than 20,000 members and utilizes its network to deliver education, advocacy, and expand commercial possibilities.
